DATA RETENTION

Processing is carried out both automatically and manually, using methods and tools designed to ensure maximum security and confidentiality, by specifically authorized persons.

In compliance with Art. 5 par. 1 lit. e) of EU Regulation 2016/679, the personal data collected will be stored in a form that allows identification of data subjects for a period not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which the personal data are processed.

The retention of personal data provided depends on the purpose of processing:

• For contact requests (maximum 1 year);

• Promotional communications in general via email (maximum 24 months);

DATA COMMUNICATION, DISCLOSURE AND TRANSFER

Personal data provided may be communicated, where necessary, to: the IT service and web platform maintenance provider; suppliers of customized products; tax and accounting consultants; logistics companies.

DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

The Data Subject may exercise, in relation to the data processing described herein, the rights provided by the GDPR (Arts. 15–21), including:

• Lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (Italian Data Protection Authority www.garanteprivacy.it) in case of violation of personal data protection regulations;

• Receive an electronic copy of the Data concerning him/her and request that such Data be transmitted to another data controller (right to data portability).
