We plan the laboratory based on the space available to the customer by organizing the production line according to the great experience of our engineers and technicians by developing a DWG project.
On all systems equipped with touchscreen and FJ 4.0 control software we guarantee remote technical and technological assistance. The systems connected to the internet can be reached remotely by our technicians to carry out checks, diagnoses and interventions in real time.
We analyze and define the project with the customer considering the type and quantity of product to be processed. In this way we offer a quote perfectly in line with the expressed needs.
TRANSPORT AND INSTALLATION
We take care of the transport and delivery of the systems directly. Our technicians install the line at the customer’s premises by carrying out the first ignition and the acceptance test.
TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND MAINTENANCE
Our technical department is always ready to assist the customer in solving problems through dedicated e-mails, telephone lines and even Whatsapp. The customer can also count on the assistance of our food technologists by requesting the service of the food processing academy.
